Recently renovated hotel, extremely friendly staff, free wi-fi. Generous-sized room and neat, with an electric kettle, central heating and TV. The pool area is nice too. Family ambiance in a central setting. Near the beach.

All in all, it was perfect place for travelling to Torquay. Extremely comfy beds, an electric kettle, central heating and a TV set were a nice touch.

Location was good. Breakfasts were good but finished every morning at 10 am prompt.
Looked weary and in need of redecoration. We were woke up at 8am each morning with loud music from Restaurant (the speaker was apparently just below our room). In fairness though, when I complained, they turned if off.

Breakfast was good
Too hot in the room. Ceiling in the bathroom was about to collapse and dripped watter when I presume the shower was used in the room above. No lift down to the room and quite a lot of steps to navigate witha baby/luggage and pram

The room we had was small and not very nice. The bed was super comfy, but that was about it. My son had to sleep on the floor because the top bunk slats were broken, really unsafe. The bathroom door wouldn't close properly. For the price we paid, it just didn't match up, especially with the extra £170 going up online after we booked. Not cool.

Nothing!!! It was stinky and the shower didn;t work, and I had to check-out after 2 hours.
This hotel should have just 1 star not 3!!

The new king room was so lovely and warm. We got a big double bed and a single too! The food was good, plenty of options at breakfast and dinner, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the entertainment in the show bar, the live acts were really amazin. Location wise, it's super close to the beach and local shops.

Handy location for the beaches, town and night life. Breakfast was a good selection and quantity. Staff were polite, thorough and friendly. Everything we expected of it. Disappointed we did not have time to use facilities
Although the facilities and staff are great, the decor does need updating, but we were happy with our stay. Didn't have any problems. Not what I would call a luxury hotel, but meets other expectations.
