The room we had was small and not very nice. The bed was super comfy, but that was about it. My son had to sleep on the floor because the top bunk slats were broken, which was really unsafe. the bathroom door wouldn't close properly. For the price we paid, it just didn’t match up, especially with the extra £170 going up online after we booked. Not cool.

Had a great time with friends exploring the local area! We wandered through Jawbones and Undercliff, and visited a fantastic zoo which was a highlight for everyone. The rooms were comfy, and the dining options suited us well. Perfect for a group getaway!
Our only downside was the lack of cleanliness in the common areas, which slightly took away from the experience.

Excellent entertainment and friendly staff
My partner and I had a fantastic stay in a new king room, which was lovely and warm, with plenty of space for a comfortable experience. The food options were great during meals, with a variety of choices at breakfast and dinner, making us look forward to dining. We especially enjoyed the live acts in the show bar, which added to our overall enjoyment of the stay. The only downside was some awkward layout in the hotel, but it didn’t detract too much from our experience.
